摘要
为研究斜坡跑超速训练方法对提高运动员短跑成绩的意义,通过3台数码摄像机同步拍摄,应用视讯运动解析系统对图像进行解析,得到运动学参数,并对数据进行统计学处理,用生物力学方法确定指标来说明哪个坡度对运动员训练效果会更好,即既能增大运动员的跑速,又使动作技术结构不变形。结果表明:3°斜坡是7名受试者进行提高速度的斜坡跑超速训练所应选择的合适坡度。
The purpose of downhill sprinting over-speed training is to increase both the stride length and the stride rate of the athletes by forcing them to perform at a much higher level than they are capable of without assistance, which will improve the speed. In this paper, we primarily discussed the significance of this over-speed training method to improving the performance on sprint. We filmed the analyzed the images with SHIXUN SPORT ANALYSIS SYSTEM, got the kinematical parameters and made the statistical process on the data,and identified the indexes with biomechanical method in order that they can show which grade is better to training effect of the athletes, that is, running on this slope not only can increase the speed but also makes the structure of the technique invariable. The results showed that the boinclination was the most suitable for the downhill sprinting over-speed training.
