摘要
以河北师范大学体育学院体育教育系29名学生为研究对象,以血乳酸、血尿素氮、尿肌酐为研究指标,通过自身对比试验,对铅球训练课两种不同方式训练内容安排进行能量代谢特征研究。结果表明:组合方式训练课对能量的平衡稳态打破的程度大,恢复速度快;蛋白质消耗相对较少,机体适应能力强,恢复快。
By the experimental method of compare in themselves of 29 students of physical education department of college of physical culture, the paper, taking BLA, BUN, Uc as analysis contents, compares and analyzes characteristics of energy metabolism of different arrangement for shot-put training courses. The result shows that it is more serious to break out energy balance and speed up energy recovering, and it is fewer to consume protein, and it is more useful in being adapted and body recovering in combined arrangement for shot-put training courses.
