中国共产党是中国工人阶级的先锋队组织。工人阶级的任何变化,都会直接改变党的政治面貌。当代中国工人阶级正处在深刻的结构变化之中,先进性被赋予更多的时代内容。保持党的先进性,就要再现、体现和努力实现中国工人阶级与生俱来和与时俱进的先进性,以增强党的阶级基础,全面巩固党在我国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期的执政地位。

The Communist Party of China （CPC） is the pioneer in Chinese working class. Any changes in the working class will directly affect the political feature of the Party. The working class in China is currently experiencing profound structural transformation, and the word “advancement”is enriched with more modern meanings. To maintain the advanced nature of the Party, we need to reflect and try our best to realize the born nature of advancement of Chinese working class, so as to enhance the class foundation for the Party and to consolidate the ruling position of the Party in the new era.
