交联化淀粉/丙烯腈接枝共聚物的最佳制备工艺条件的研究 被引量:3

摘要 选用环氧氯丙烷作交联剂,丙烯腈为接枝单体反应合成双变性淀粉离子吸附剂。用接枝率和接枝效率衡量接枝效果。接枝反应的最佳工艺条件为:交联淀粉10g,丙烯腈浓度0.7595 mol/L,硝酸铈铵浓度0.004mol/L,接枝温度40℃,料液比1∶10,接枝时间2h。接枝淀粉皂化的最佳条件为:NaOH浓度1mol/L,皂化时间1h。 The grafting of acrylonitrile(AN) onto maize starch in aqueous medium initiated by eerie ammonium nitrate (CAN) has been studied under atmosphere. The effect of concentration of monomer and initiator, polymerization time, and reaction temperature has been studied in terms of efficiency of grafting (GE%) and ratio of grafting ( GR% ). The GE% and GR% are found to increase then decrease with increase in monomer concentration and polymerization time and temperature. The maximum GE% is obtained at 40℃ when polymerization is carried out for 120min using [ CAN ] = 0. 004mol/L and [ AN ] = 0. 7595mol/L in 100ml of distilled water with 10g crosslinked starch. The conditions of alkali treatment are [ NaOH ] = 1 mol/L and time 2h.
