从废油脂中制取生物柴油的反应动力学及工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文根据碱催化甲醇酯化反应机理提出了甲醇酯化反应的动力学假设模型,并对模型做了适当的简化,然后对甲醇酯化制取生物柴油的反应动力学进行了模拟,并且提出了利用餐饮业废油脂生产生物柴油的方法工艺。 According to the mechanism of alkali -catalyzed methanol transesterification, this paper brings forward a supposed model of kinetics for methanol transesterifieation, and predigests relevantly the model, then simulate the reaction kinetics for making bio - diesel oil with methanol transesterification. A technology and the technical flow of making bio - diesel oil using waste grease from restaurants are put forward.
