过氧化苯甲酰检测方法的试验研究

Detection Method for Benzoyl Peroxide

提出了一种面粉中过氧化苯甲酰含量的新型检测方法。探讨了利用扫描仪采集样品显色溶液的色度值,测定过氧化苯甲酰含量的可能性。研究结果表明,显色液的色度值与过氧化苯甲酰浓度具有良好的线性相关性,所提出的测定方法具有成本低、速度快、效率高、对环境条件的要求相对宽松等特点,通过进一步完善操作规范,该方法在面粉质检领域具有良好的应用前景。

A new method is developed to determine benzoyl peroxide （BPO） added in wheat flour. A scanner is used to collect the image of BPO complex and the hue of the image is identified by a self - developed software. The results of the experiment show that the RGB value is well correlated with BPO content. The new method can reduce the cost and test time for BPO determination in comparison with the conventional method.
