摘要
对大亚湾核电站1993/2003年所有人因相关执照运行事件进行了原因分类、趋势分析,并重点分析了电站人员在遵守和执行规定与规程方面的不足,为核电站改善人的行为提供方向性参考。
The human causal factors for all human error licencing operational events on Daya Bay nuclear power station since 1993 to 2003 are categorized, the moving trend of these causal factors is analyzed. The emphasis placed on analyzing the deficiencies on complying with and executing regulations and procedures. The results provide directional reference for nuclear power station to improve human performance.
