摘要
本文通过直接求解水体三维污染物运动方程,模拟了概化水库中污染物运动,系统分析了运行流量对污染物下泄的影响。研究表明,不同污染物来流条件下,增大运行流量有利于污染物下泄,减小污染物在库区滞留时间和水库下泄水流水质超标时间。作者将分析结果应用到紫坪铺水库突发性污染事故预警系统中,针对不同污染物来流条件提出了相应应急目标和应急运行措施,为相关管理部门和人员决策提供技术支持。
Based on the solution of the 3-D pollutant transportation equation, the impacts of reservoir operation flow rate on pollutant transportation and out flow water quality are studied. It is found that for any cases of pollutant inflow conditions the increase of operation flow rate is in favor of the pollutant discharging of reservoir and will minimize the detaining duration of pollutant. The study result is applied to analyze the effectiveness of the alert system in Zhipingpu Reservoir, Sichuan Province, for preventing from pollutant accident. Pertinent measures are suggested accordingly to deal with the emergency when pollutant accidents are taking place.
