摘要
目的:规范龙胆药材质量标准研究,建立较为准确的龙胆苦苷HPLC含量测定方法.方法:采用ProsphereC-18300A 5μ(250 ×4.6 mm)分析柱,以甲醇-0.4%磷酸(10:90→60:40,0→30 min)为流动相,检测波长选择270 nm.结果:采用本方法龙胆苦苷在0.4024～20.0800 g范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率达99.37%,RSD为2.20%,测定结果表明10批样品中龙胆苦苷含量在1.75%～5.66%.提示本方法重现性好、分离度高,准确、易行.
To standardize the quality of Radix Gentianae, this article established an accurate measurement method for Gentiopicrin. Prosphere C-18 300A5 analytic Column was adopted. Results： Gentiopicrin was of good linear relation between 0.4024-20.08g, with the recovery rate of 99.37%, RSD 2.20% ; the contents of Gentiopicrin in Radix Gentianae ranged between 1.75%-5.66%. It is indicated that this method is repeatable, accurate and feasible.
