摘要
某矸石热电厂100m高烟囱采用内脚手架软模板翻模施工技术,内井式脚手架的荷载和施工荷载主要通过烟囱内每10m一道环梁传给烟囱壁,可保证内脚手架的整体稳定性。外模采用软模板,重量轻,施工人员在烟囱内操作平台上即可提升和支设外模,可使内衬施工与外筒壁同步,施工进度快,且施工装置可周转使用。
Inner scaffolding and soft formwork technology was used in the construction of the 100m high chinmey of a gangue thermo-power plant. The inner scaffolding load and construction load were transferred to the chimney wall mainly by ring beams arranged in every 10 meters in the chimney, which could ensure the integral stability of the scaffolding. Outside the chimney, soft light formwork was used which could be lifted and installed by operators on the platform inside the chimney. Inner liner and external wall could be constructed at the same time, construction was thus accelerated and construction facilities could be recycled.
