摘要
根据国家大射电望远镜项目和厂方需要,利用非线性有限元理论以及国内外经验公式,对锚环受力进行数值分析,并与作者最新严密理论推导的厚壁锥壳理论公式进行对比分析,修正得到计算锚环内应力的一组公式.该修正公式可为工程中锚具设计和计算提供较为准确的依据和数据资料.
According to the demand of FAST( five-hundred-meter aperture spherical telescope) project and manufacturer, numerical analyses are carried out in this paper for comparison based on the nonlinear FEM(finite element method), several empirical formulas and the new theoretical formulas. A set of new revised formulas are obtained for anchor cup design. The numerical results show that the new formulas are more accurate and can be used in future engineering designs.
