罩式退火炉不同内罩结构传热效率 被引量:5

摘要 针对传统的罩式退火炉内罩纵向刚度低的问题,提出了一种内罩结构形式——网格形内罩.通过对对流换热系数、传热面积等影响传热效率的各因素进行理论计算,将传统内罩与新型内罩进行了比较研究.指出了网格形结构对于提高内罩的换热效率,增加罩式炉的生产能力是有利的. A grid form of inner cover in a bell-type annealing furnace was put forward to resolve the problem about low vertical stiffness of traditional ones. The heat transfer efficiency of the inner cover was compared with traditional ones' via theoretical calculation of influencing factors on heat transfer efficiency such as convection heat exchange coefficient and heat transfer area. It was proved that the grid inner cover could improve the heat transfer efficiency and throughput of the bell-type annealing furnace.
