东亚发展中国家与地区如何选择汇率制度一直是个颇有争议的话题。在“欧元”单一货币区成功实施的背景下,寻求货币一体化便成为东亚各国与地区关注的焦点。实际上,东亚货币一体化就是各参与方根据其参与的成本和收益,权衡利弊得失的决策博弈过程,该过程具有两阶段博弈的特征。

How developing countries in eastern Asia choose currency regime is very controversial. With the Euro＇ s success, it becomes a focus and important research to buck for currency cooperation in eastern Asia. In fact, the realization of the East Asian monetary integration is in the context of games in which each country involved tries to evaluate its gain out of its cost. The games are characterized by two phases. Doubtlessly, there are differences among these countries and areas in terms of economic structure and financial system in the mean time, which impose difficulties to the process of East Asian monetary integration cooperation. However, the realization of East Asian monetary integration is indispensable.
