摘要
根据上海电力公司负控中心和相关用电部门电量数据定量地对上海市电力系统2004年夏季错避峰各种主要措施的实际效果进行了分析研究,并选取2004年夏季最高负荷日作为研究分析对象,提出了相应的计算原则与方法,还原出2004年上海夏季最高负荷以及最高负荷日的负荷还原曲线图,计算结果与2004年上海电力最高负荷预测值基本相符。
According to the electricity data from Load Control Center of SMEPC and concerned power consumption sectors, the actual effects of major measures adopted to shift and avert summer peak loads by Shanghai power system in 2004 are analyzed and studied quantitatively. Making the day with the highest load in the summer as the object for study , relevant calculation principles and methods are put forward to get the reverted peak load in that summer and the curve of reverted loads of that day. The calculation results generally conform to the peak load forecasting of 2004 in Shanghai.
