摘要
以Ti(SO4)2为原料,沸腾回流强迫水解制备了TiO2粉体,利用XRD、TEM、IR等手段对样品进行表征,并对其制备机理进行了较为深入的研究.结果表明,该法制得了水合TiO2为锐钛矿相的结构,经400~600℃煅烧,样品的粒径均为100nm以下,大小分布均匀.
Anatase nano-titania was synthesized by boiling reflux from Ti (SO4)2 aqueous solution. The properties of TiO2 nanopartieles were characterized with TEM, XRD, DTG, and IR etc. The reactive mechanism of preparation was also studied. The results show that the product obtained through this method is a perfect crystal anatase, and the particle size is less than 100nm.
