优化民营经济发展的宏观环境

Perfecting macro-environment for the development of our non-state economics

作为中国国民经济的重要组成部分的民营经济,依然遭受着法律、法规不健全或贯彻不到位以及“准国民待遇”问题。因此,要改善民营经济发展的宏观环境,建立健全关于民营企业的法律法规体系;强化民营企业的“国民”地位、完善有关发展民营企业的政策体系。

As an important part of Chinese national economy, non-state economies are still ＇subject to some problems,such as imperfect laws and regulations, quasi-national treatment. So improving macro-environment for the development of non-state economies is an important subject in the face of the government. Such being the case,some sugge.~tions are given, for instance, establishing and perfecting system of laws and regulations about non-state enterprises; strengthening national status of non-state enterprises.
