摘要
情感管理是近年来备受中国企业界重视的管理模式之一。理论联系实际论述学校管理中情感管理的有关问题,尽管学校同企业情况有差别,可是推行情感管理却总值得提倡;但情感管理取代不了基础管理,特别是制度管理。把无情的制度与有情的管理艺术地结合,寓无情于有情之中,取得有情胜无情的管理成效是推行情感管理所期望达到的管理境界。
Emotion management is one of the management styles which nowadays enterprises are paying more and more attention to. Combining theory with practice, this paper discusses the issues on the emotion management in the university. Though there is difference between enterprises and universities, emotion management is also worth advocating. However, emotion management can' t take the place of basic management, especially the system management. Including the unmercifulness into mercifulness and tying unmerciful system in merciful management so as to gain a better management effect is the management realm expected while emotion management is carried on.
