摘要
针对编辑人才的遴选与培养中存在的问题,论述了什么样的人可以进入编辑队伍,什么样的人可以领导编辑队伍,对今天的年轻编辑的要求应如何定位,他(她)们到底缺什么及如何进行有针对性地培养,建立以老带新的“导师制”等问题。同时分析了影响科技期刊发展的软环境因素,提出了建立适合编辑人才成长的管理体制和运行机制。
In the view of the problems of choosing and cultivating editing talents, the article discusses who can enter the editing teams, who can lead the team, how to orientate young editors demands, what they lack and how to educate them and set up ' tutorial system and so on. And the article analyses soft environmental factors of influencing the development of technical periodicals and puts forward management and operation mechanism of suiting the growing up of editing talents.
