摘要
处于知识经济时代的企业要获得长远的发展,必须牢牢依靠知识型员工。如何留住知识型员工,提高其忠诚度是每个企业都要面对的问题。文章在明确忠诚员工的经济意义上,对员工职业生涯阶段进行了划分,然后再具体阐述如何在职业生涯各阶段对员工忠诚度进行控制,以使企业获得稳定的员工队伍。
Enterprises in era of knowledge want to get long - term development, they must depend on the knowledge worker firmly, How to keep the knowledge worker and how to improve their loyalty, they are the issues that all enterprises should face. In this article, the author defined the value of the loyal staffs, and divided the career stage, Then the author concretely explained on how to control the staff's loyalty among career stages. By this way, the enterprise can get steady staff team.
