摘要
本文以中外区域经济发展理论和城市规划理论为基础,通过比较研究和预测分析,在全面总结青岛近年来发展经验的基础上,分析了青岛市在区域经济一体化发展中所处的战略方位、基础条件和综合优势,论证了青岛发挥中心城市带动作用,成为全省发展龙头所应确立的战略目标、功能定位和战略举措。
We have the theories on regional economic development both in China and abroad and the urban plan to go, by means of comparative study and forecast analysis based on general summarizing the developmental experiences of Qingdao city in recent years, making out the strategical position, foundational factors and comprehensive domoinant position of Qingdao being in the integrative development of regional economy, proving the strategical goal, functional orientation and strategical measures for Qingdao giving its full play in acting as a role of center town and being the leading role of economic development in Shandong province.
