摘要
自20世纪80年代开始,全球产业结构呈现出“工业型经济”向“服务型经济”转型的总趋势。现代服务业在知识经济和经济全球化发展过程中,正发挥着越来越重要的作用。未来20年,如何抓住我国加入世贸组织后的有利机遇,大力发展现代服务业,促进产业结构优化,将直接关系到我国“三步走战略”的实现。
since 1980s, the world industry has shown a turning from industrial econony into service economy. The modern service industry is playing more and more important role in the process of knowledgeablization and globalization. How to grasp the opportunity of entering WTO and greatly develop modern service to optimize the construction of industry will directly relate to the realization of strategical step in our country in the future twenty years.
