摘要
The concentration of urinary α1M was measured in 152 neonates with radioimmunoassay. The results show that urinary α1M levels in the group with hyperbilirubinemia and in the group with infectious diseases were significantly higher than normal neonates. The marked difference between the two groups and normal control were found. It suggested that neonatal renal tubular function impairment may be resulted from hyperbilirubinemia, infection and etc. These observations indicated that urinary α1M is a sensitive index of renal tubular function and may be applied in clinical practice.
