摘要
文章构建了高等学校学科竞争力预警指标体系,给出了学科竞争力预警区域划分方法,确定了学科竞争力各指标及综合预警的检查值,并进行实证分析,用红绿灯法发出实际预警信号。
This paper constructs an early warning index system of the disciplinary competitiveness in colleges and universities, provides a classification method for early warning areas, confirms the various index of the disciplinary competitiveness and the inspection value of comprehensive early warning. Moreover, it makes an empirical analysis, suggesting using the principle of traffic lights to send early warning signals.
