地方大学科学发展的对策思考

On Measures to Development Provincial Universities Scientifically

剖析地方大学发展所面临的外部环境和自身制约因素,认为要从独特的角度来理解科学的发展观。提出要抓住机遇、实现跨越式发展,突出重点、强化师资队伍建设,多方筹划、充分利用办学资源,规范教学、不断提高教育质量的四条对策。

After analyzing the outer environment and the intrinsic limitation of provincial universities, this paper assumes that the scientific outlook on development should be comprehended in a particular view. The paper therefore puts forward four measures to achieve a scientific development of provincial universities： to grasp every chance to make striding development, to strengthen the construction of teaching stall, to tully utilize teaen ing resources, and to regulate teaching as to improve its quamy.
