非营利组织公共责任的缺失容易导致资源的浪费,损害公共利益。因而,必须加强非营利组织的公共责任。本文深入地探讨了非营利组织的公共责任,以及我国非营利组织公共责任实现过程中面临的困境。在此基础上探讨了多元共治的公共责任机制。

As a lack oi public duty of non-profit making organization easily leaas to a waste oi resource and spoils interest, such duty should be strengthened. Based on this, the paper probes the predicament encountered in the process of carrying out the public duty of non-profit making organization, and discusses a pluralistic mechanism of public duty realization.
