江苏淮安市乡镇防保人力资源调查分析

Investigation on the Epidemic Prevention Human Resources in Villages and Towns of Huaian Jiangsu Province

为了对乡镇防保人力资源进行分析评价,在淮安市的6个县(区)中随机抽取32个乡镇卫生院进行调查,结果表明:防保人员数量少,总体素质不高;经济收入水平偏低,工作积极性有待进一步提高。建议各级政府和卫生主管部门要充分认识基层防保工作的重要性,加强防保人员教育培训力度,提高其专业素质;切实加大对农村防保的投入,增加防保人员数量,提高乡镇防保人员的待遇,稳定乡镇防保队伍。

To investigate the epidemic prevention human resources in villages and towns, 32 commune hospitals were selected rahdomly in 6 districts in Huai＇an City. The result showed that there was only small quantity of epidemic prevention personnel with low quality, low income and weak working enthusiasm. It suggested that the governments and health services at all levels should pay more attention at the epidemic prevention work in villages and towns, strengthen the further education or training and improve the professional quality ,increase the health invests, human quantity, income and steady the epidemic prevention team.
