摘要
文章以马鞍山市人口老龄化为背景,在介绍了该市社区卫生服务发展现状的基础上,对社区卫生服务如何适应人口与社会经济发展进行了深入的讨论,认为人口老龄化是一个涉及面很广的重大社会问题。城市化进程的加快,慢性非传染性疾病的增加,对社区卫生服务的需求迫切。加强社区对老年人的医疗照顾尤显重要,完善社区卫生服务是城镇医疗卫生体制改革的重要内容,也是解决老年人群医疗保健和社会化养老的有效途径。
Based on the aging population and introduction of the situation of community health service （CHS） development in Maanshan,Anhui Province,the article deeply discussed about CHS how to meet the changes of population and social economy. It demonstrated that aging population was an important social problem with broad impact. Rapid urbanization and increase of non-communicable chronic disease lead an urgent demand to CHS. Strengthening medical care to the elderly is particularly important. And to improve CHS is an important part of urban health system reform, and an effective way to provide medical care and socialized pention to the elderly.
