试论英国布莱尔政府的“第三条道路”

On Blair Government's Third Way

面对全球化的挑战,以布莱尔为首的英国工党政府吸取了历史教训,提出了“第三条道路”。它的主要内容是:超越传统的“左”和“右”的分野,建立新经济和新福利,目的是使英国成为“新英国”。它是资本主义内部比较全面的改革和理论创新,试图在资本主义的公平和效率之间找到一条新路。它也有比较大的局限性。

Response to the challenge of the Globalization, Blair＇s government suggested “the Third Way”. They wants to be superior to the tradition opinion of the “right” and the “left”, and constitute new economy and new welfare to make England more stronger. This reformation in England is more comprehensive than ever. They try to find a “new way” between fair and efficiency, though with much limitation.
