Man's Endless Exploration of Time and Space

时间与空间是物理学关注的焦点问题之一。古往今来,人类对时间和空间问题的探讨从未停止过。概括起来,人类历史上出现过的时空观大体上经历了三个时期:几何学时代、动力学时代和相对论时代。其中,影响最大、最具代表性的人物是:亚里士多德、牛顿和爱因斯坦。这三位代表性科学家的观点基本反映了人类时空观的演变过程。

Time and space are one of the key points of physics. Man＇s exploration of time and space has never ended. In general, man＇s viewpoints on time and space have gone through three periods： the geometry period, the mechanics period and the relativity period, among which three most famous representative scientists are Aristotle, Newton and Einstein, whose basic points of view reflect man＇s developing process of cognition on time and space.
