The paper analyzes the current situation of property right reform of Jiangsu shipbuilding industry and points out that the current shipbuilding industry property right reform situation in Jiangsu is various forms of mixture of all property rights. The featuresare as follows;different enterprises have different reforms; each enterprise takes advantage of its own speciality and carries out the reform stadily; there are various forms of property right structures.
