摘要
本文在对中国植物新品种权保护制度变迁研究的基础上,剖析了植物新品种权保护的内容、特点和存在的问题,并提出了加强植物新品种权保护的策略、措施。
On the basis of studying the development of the protection of new variety right of plant in China, this paper analyses the contents, special characters of new variety right of plant and the problems, in the end , this paper puts forward some strategic measures and suggestions in order to strengthen the protection of new variety right of plant.
