摘要
民商法和经济法作为规制市场交易和经济运行的互补互助的重要法律,是社会主义市场良性发展的重要制度保障。本文从历史的角度,采取辨证的方法,分析经济法的历史沿革,研究经济法与民商法的关系。
The Citizens and Businessmen Law and the Economy Law are the key laws to keep the market trading and economy operating in order and the improtant systems to grarantee the social marketing economy to develop well.From the angle of history and in the way looking things dialectically,this text is to analyze the Economy Law and study the relationship between the Economy Law and the Citizens and Bisinessmen Law.
