Experiment of Jiangzhining Tablet’s Purificated Technical Conditions

目的为降脂宁片的生产选择适宜的溶媒量.方法以提取率为指标,分别对不同溶媒量进行研究.结果与结论保证有效成分提取完全的适宜加水量与加醇量,均为生药量的7倍量.

Objective To achieve the better menstruum dosage for the manufacture of Jiangzhining tablets. Methods The efficiency of purification was employed as standard, and the different menstruum dosage was studied. Results and Conclusion The efficiency of purification was found to be the largest when the menstruum dosage was as seven times as the drug of plants.
