钩尾销锻后热处理工艺分析

摘要 分析、比较了Q275钢钩尾销普通热处理工艺与锻热淬火+回火工艺。由于该零件经普通淬火+回火工艺后心部淬不透,力学性能差,能源消耗大。通过实践证明,采用锻热淬火+回火工艺后力学性能明显提高,能源消耗显著减少。故提出对钩尾销采用锻热淬火+回火的热处理工艺。 This paper analyzes and compares the ordinary heat treatment technology of Q275 steel knuckle pivot pin with the quenching and backfiring technology. Since the heart of the part treated by the former technology cannot be completely quenched, its mechanical performance will be worse with more energy consumption. Actual practice shows that the heat forging and backfiring technology can remarkably improve the mechanical performance and consume less energy. Therefore, it is suggested that knuckle pivot pin should be heat treated by the adoption of the quenching technology of heat forging and backfiring.
