摘要
提出了Al2(SO4)3.18H2O催化合成缩醛(酮)的新工艺,确定了最佳工艺条件和影响产品收率的主要因素.研究表明,当工艺条件为以环已烷为溶剂,催化剂重量为0.5g,反应物醛(酮)与醇的量之比为2∶3,反应时间为100min时,反应效果最佳,产率高达88%以上,并且该催化剂可重复使用.
This is a new process for synthesizing as a catalyst. Optimal operation conditions and condensed aldehyde(ketone) with Al3 (SO4)· 18H2O main factors affecting the yield were determined. The study showed that reaction conditions is optimal when the solvent is cyclohexane,the catalyst is 0.5g, n(aldehyde(ketone)) : n(alcohol) is 2 : 3 and reaction time is 100min. The yield of condensed aldehyde(ketone) is 88.8% ,and the catalyst can be re-used.
