摘要
阐述了ZLG50装载机后车架大梁在焊接过程中利用埋弧焊方法,采取对称法、退焊法工艺措施,利用焊接工装,有效控制了焊接结构的变形,得到符合设计要求和使用性能的焊缝。
The method of burying welding during the welding of ZLGSO loading device rear frame of vehicle is used. By adopting technology measures of symmetry and withdraw welding and assembling , the deformation of structure is effectively controlled and the desired weld which meets the requirment of design is obtained.
