Media Literacy and the Building of Civil Society

公民社会建构的实质是建立当下国家与公民社会的新型互动关系,正确理解国家和社会、国家和个人的相互关系,建立各自相对独立而又共存一体的功能界限。大众传媒为公民社会建构表达和交换意见的公共空间。媒介素养教育的目的在于提高认识媒介和利用媒介的能力。提高媒介素养,有利于我国公民社会的构建。

The essential of building civil society is to build a new interaction between state and civil society nowadays. To understand the interrelation between state and society, state and individual properly; and to build a symbiotic that is correspondingly independent and at the same time coexistent. Mass media have much to do with the building of civil society, and it provides a public space for civil society to express and exchange ideas. The purpose of media literacy is to promote the ability of recognizing and using media. Improving media literacy will do a lot of good to the building of civil society in our country. Therefore, media literacy must be greatly enhanced.
