摘要
教师的专业发展日趋成为人们关注的焦点和当代教育改革的重大议题之一。世界各国纷纷开始将重点转向教师队伍的建设,以教师专业化作为提高教师素质,改善教育质量的重要途径。“教师成为研究者”是新形势下对教师素质的要求,而行动研究是以教师为主体的研究,它的特点决定了它在教师专业成长中的作用是不可替代的。
Teacher's professional development catches people's eyes day after day. At the same time, it becomes one of significant subjects in today's educational reform. All countries in the world turn their focal point to the building of the teacher's ranks, they enhance teachers ' quality and improve educational quality by means of teacher's specialization. 'Teachers become researchers is the requirement of teachers' quality in the new situation. Action research is the one whose subjects are teachers, owing to its properties, it has an indispensable function in the development of teachers' specialization.
