摘要 从以下5个方面阐述白血病干细胞的细胞和分子生物学特性及治疗对策:(1)白血病干细胞的概念和检测方法;(2)白血病干细胞的细胞生物学特征;(3)白血病干细胞的可能来源和生成机制;(4)白血病干细胞自我更新能力的分子调控和靶向治疗策略;(5)白血病干细胞在白血病发生过程中的地位。
