激素调控神经干细胞生成和分化的研究进展

摘要
体内各种激素,如性激素、代谢性激素(甲状腺激素)、应激激素(糖皮质激素)、神经激素(褪黑激素)等,通过其特异性受体作用于神经干细胞,直接或间接地促进其增殖和分化,并诱导新生的神经元向特定的脑区迁移。激素可以影响神经系统发育,并通过神经干细胞对损伤的神经组织进行修复。
