摘要
用直线段和圆弧段去拟合非圆曲线有多种方法。本文重点论述等间距直线逼近及过两已知节点与两节点半径均值圆弧拟合技术的基本原理以及误差分析方法。在应用实例中,利用上述方法有效地提高了拟合精度,通过对零件实体进行分析、计算、编制精加工程序实现对椭圆曲面的数控加工。
There are many techniques to utilize line segments and are segments to match a curve. This paper focuses on the presentation of the basic principles and error analysis of equal intervals linear approaching and average radius arc matching technique. In application practices, matching precision is effectively raised and numerical control machining to elliptic surfaces is realized by analyzing and calculating spare parts and fine-coding machining programs.
