摘要
利用由AVL公司提供的FIRE软件对重型车用柴油机缩口直喷式燃烧室内的气体流动特性进行数值模拟计算分析。在此基础上,对不同缩口直径的燃烧室进行喷射系统参数的优化匹配试验研究。结果表明,采用缩口直喷式燃烧室结构,可有效地组织燃烧室内的气流运动,并通过与喷射系统参数的优化匹配,在动力性和经济性基本保持不变的条件下,有效地改善柴油机的排放特性。
The gas flow characteristics of a “ω”combustion chamber in a diesel engine of heavy-duty vehi-cle is simulated and analyzed using FIRE software provided by AVL Co. Based on this, an experimental study on optimized matching between the fuel injection system and“ω”combustion chamber with different reentrant diameters is pertormed. The result shows that, by using “ω” combustion chamber, the gas flow in combustion chamber can be effectively organized, and through optimized matching, the emissions characteristics can be greatly improved without sacrificing the performance and fuel economy of the engine.
