摘要
针对开发的一款发动机在耐久性试验中第2缸和第3缸出现的“拉缸”现象,通过计算流体动力学(CFD)分析发现缸体水套在该区域存在流动死区。为了改善水套的冷却效果,对水套的进出水方式、缸垫分水孔的大小和布置、缸体水套的结构等进行了调整,然后再进行CFD计算,结果表明水套的冷却能力达到了可以接受的范围。
Scuffing occurred in 2nd and 3rd cylinders of a new-developed engine. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis shows that there exist stagnation zones in those areas of cooling jacket. For improving the cooling effect of water jacket, the way of coolant passing into and out from jacket, the position and size of water passing holes on gasket, as well as the structure of cooling jacket are modified. CFD checking calculations show that the cooling capability of water jacket becomes acceptable after modification.
