拼焊板弯曲成形回弹特性研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用U形件双角自由弯曲对具有纵向焊缝的拼焊板进行研究。采用LS-Dynal/LS-Nike 3D软件进行仿真分析;参照numisheet’93的U形件标准试题设计弯曲模具对拼焊板回弹特性进行试验。对2种焊缝仿真模型的回弹预测结果与试验结果进行了比较,主要考察了焊缝的存在、板宽、弯曲半径、凹凸模间隙、板厚组合对拼焊板回弹的影响规律,与光板进行了对比。 The springback characteristics of a U-shaped part (a benchmark taken from Numisheet'93) in bending forming using tailor-welded blanks (TWBs) with longitudinal welds are tested and simulated using LS- Dyna/LS-Nike 3D code. Simulation results of springback with two types of welds are compared with test ones. The effects of the weld, width of TWBs, bending radius, gap between dies, and the combination of different thickness on springback are investigated. The comparison with common blank is also given.
