2005年中国白酒专家论坛聚集了全行业的优秀企业家,一起研究行业的事情,共商行业发展大计,让社会舆论了解和认识白酒工业,将对今后一个时期我国白酒骨干企业的生产经营活动产生深刻影响。白酒行业现在缺乏一个统一对外的、强大的声音,以传递白酒行业丰富的、积极的信息。这项工作,要靠全行业的团结。中国白酒的工艺技术和它承载的文化内涵、悠久历史,承担着这么繁重的税赋,承载着这么大的社会就业的责任,承担了对农副产品升值转化的任务,确实有一种自强不息的精神,这是白酒行业的根本希望。面对空前的发展机遇期,我们应创造更好的产业政策环境,共同创造中国白酒工业更加辉煌的未来。(陶然)

All the preeminent entrepreneurs in liquor-making industry gathered together and discussed the development strategy of.the industry at 2005 China Liquor Experts Forum. Public opinions to and understanding of liquor-making industry would undoubtedly have deep influence on the management of key distilleries in the near future. The existing problem in the industry was that the industry was scant of a unified and strong voice which could transfer the abundant and positive industry information to the public. Such work could be only initiated by the unity of the whole industry. Liquor production techniques has long history and profound cultural background. And liquor-making industry had bore heavy tax payment and the responsibilities of employment and appreciation of agricultural products. The industry had accomplished such great achievements depending on the spirit of ceaseless struggle and such spirit had become the basic hope for the industry. Nowadays, the industry is facing an unprecedented rapid development period.
