摘要
为适应当前的消费潮流,将传统工艺白酒与饮料进行了掺兑比例及口感效果试验。结果表明,选择适当的饮料、合理的配比,既可享受到传统工艺白酒的香与味,又能感受到饮料中的水果香味及厚实的甜味和丰富的多种香味形成的味道。葡萄汁、雪碧、橙汁兑酒效果较好,适宜药香的人可以选择可乐,而牛奶不适合兑酒喝。酒与饮料的比例为:葡萄汁、雪碧不超过12∶;橙汁、可乐不超过13∶。白酒兑饮料饮用,酒精度低的口感比酒精度高的要好。(丹妮)
In order to fit in the present consumption vogue, the experiments of blending traditional liquor with beverages were carried out to know the best blending proportion and the best enjoyable taste. The results indicated that the blending of liquor with beverages according to appropriate proportion could produce savory mixed liquid in possession of both liquor features and beverages characteristics. Grape juice, Sprite and orange juice were the best choice for the blending. People who enjoyed medicinal perfume could choose Cola. Milk was not a good choice for the blending. The best proportion of liquor and beverages were as follows: grape juice to Sprite as less than 1:2 and orange juice to Cola as less than 1:3. As for liquor used for the blending, liquor of lower alcoholicity was preferred. (Tran. by YUE Yang)
