血必净对多器官功能障碍综合征内皮细胞的保护作用

Study of the Protective Effect of the Xuebijing on the Endothelial Cells of MODS Patients

目的:探讨中药血必净对多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)患者内皮细胞的保护作用。方法:将MODS患者随机分为西药组及中西药组,每组20例。西药组患者给予西医综合治疗;中西药组患者在西医治疗的基础上,接受中药血必净治疗。观察2组患者病情严重程度及血浆血栓调节蛋白(TM)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)及内皮素(ET)水平的变化。结果:中西药组患者血浆TM、vWF及ET水平较西药组明显降低,APACHEⅢ评分下降。结论:中药血必净对MODS患者的内皮细胞具有保护作用,可改善患者病情严重程度。

Objective： To investigate the protective effect of the Xuebijing on the endothelial cells of MODS patients. Methods： Forty patients of MODS were randomly divided into two groups, twenty patients of western medicine （WM） group were treate with western medicine and 20 patients of western and Chinese medicine （WCM） group were treated with the Chinese medicine of Xuedijing simultaneously wiht the western medicine. The plasma von willebrand factor （vWF）, thromboulin （TM） and endothelin （ET） were measured, and the degree of MODS was observed in both groups. Results： The plasma levels of TM, vWF and ET in the WCM group were lower than that of the WM group and the APACHEIII score decreased. Conclusion： Xuebijing can protect the endothelial cells of MODS patients and relieve the stages of MODS.
