摘要
目的:观察在外固定器上试用新型复合材料支撑杆治疗肢体骨折的临床效果。方法:选定合理的外固定器构型,行骨折复位,病灶外穿针,安装不锈钢支撑杆,进一步复位、紧固、包扎、护理针孔,进行早期功能锻炼。术后4~6周用复合材料支撑杆替换原不锈钢杆直至骨折愈合。结果:25例外固定器治疗的肢体骨折患者全部治愈,无固定失败、骨折延迟愈合、不愈合、针孔感染及再骨折发生。结论:复合材料支撑杆可以替换不锈钢支撑杆,为骨断端提供了合理的刚度和应力,促进了骨优化结构的重建。
Objective:To observe clinical results of limb fractures treated with external fixation that consists of composite supporting bar. Methods: The proper configuration of external fixation was choosed and then performed the following procedures successively: conducting diaplasis, inserting pins around focus, installing stainless steel supporting bars, further conducting diaplasis, fixing screws, starting wound care and pin site care, and providing early function exercises. Stainless steel supporting bars were replaced by composite bars to practise external fixation 4 to 6 weeks after surgery. Use of the external fixation with the composite bars continued to the completion of healing process. Results: 25 cases of limb fracture patients were treated with external fixation and satisfactory outcome was observed. No loosening, delayed healing or non-union, pin track infection, or re-fracture were found. Conclusion: Composite supporting bars can replace the stainless steel and provide suitable stiffness, strainess and facilitate bone structure remodeling.
