上海市优秀运动员就读普通高校的现状与对策

Status Quo of Shanghai Elite Athletes Studying in Common Institutions of Higher Learning and Countermeasures

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访问调查法等,对上海市现役优秀运动员在普通高校就读的情况进行调查与分析。揭示了学训矛盾、运动员择校余地小、相应的管理措施不完善、教学成本相对较高等问题。认为:优秀运动员到普通高校就读有不断增长的趋势,但目前缺乏系统有效的管理体制和模式。据此提出创新管理的建议:教育、体育行政部门联合出台地方规范性文件;切实加强高校与体育部门的沟通与协调;改进高校对运动员大学生的教学管理模式等。

The methods of literature, questionnaire, visiting investigations etc. were used to investigate and analyze the situation of Shanghai athletes on service studying in the common institutions of higher learning. The findings reveal such problems as the contradiction of study to training, the room for the athletes to select universities being less, the corresponding management measures being imperfect, teaching cost being relatively higher and so on. It holds that there is a continuously increasing tendency of elite athletes going to study in the common institutions of higher learning, but at the present time, there is lack of systematieal and effective management systems and models, and accordingly puts forward the following proposals for the innovation of management： the administrative departments of sport and education jointly promulgate local standardized documents; practically strengthen the connect and coordinate of colleges and universities with sports departments; improve the model of teaching management to the university students who are also athletes and so forth.
