奥运经济的“低谷效应”研究

Research on "Low Effect" of Olympic Economy

采用文献资料法,对奥运经济“低谷效应”的概念、成因、在近几届奥运会上的相关表现等问题进行分析,论述往届奥运会主办城市和主办国预防或应对“低谷效应”的相关举措,提出针对2008年北京奥运会可能出现“低谷效应”的对策:适度压缩奥运投资规模;场馆建设既要考虑短期的赛事要求,更要考虑所在城市的长期需求;建立有效的市场宏观调控体系和房地产市场体系;引导相关服务行业健康发展;借助奥运加快体育产业结构的优化升级。

It used the method of literature to analyze the concept and cause of“low effect” of Olympic economy and its related expression in the recent Olympic Games, expound the corresponding measures adopted by host city and country to prevent and cope with “low effect”, and according to “low effect”probably appearing in Beijing Olympic Games in 2008, bring forward the following countermeasures： moderately cut down the Olympic investment, it considers not only short-term demands of competitions but long-term requirements of host city to construct the playgrounds and gymnasiums, set up an effective macroscopic regulation and control system of market and market system of realty, lead relevant service occupations to healthy development and quicken the bettering of sports product structure by the aid of Olympic Games.
